San Juan City Hall and Bus Terminal

: The new U-shaped City Hall and Transit Terminal in San Juan connects to its community. The design’s front façade looks out to Nebraska Avenue and towards 6th Street. An interior receiving façade with an inner courtyard naturally achieves passive heating and cooling design strategies. The aesthetic of the architecture weaves the community’s history, culture, and land into the fabric of the building’s design. It will house multiple city departments along with a coffee shop for employee and community service.
