Caleb’s work focuses on managing and overseeing projects in ensuring they align with the client’s vision while meeting the technical standards of the architectural field. He collaborates with ERO’s engineering, design and construction teams in guiding projects from conception to completion. Caleb leads design efforts in coordinating projects with consultants in preparing construction documents and addressing challenges that may arise.
Caleb believes in creating meaningful spaces that go beyond mere structures. He focuses on what he calls “place-making.” They are projects which create environments that resonate with the people who use them and serve the community at-large. Caleb’s goal is to be part of teams that are both functional and inspiring. A holistic approach, he says, satisfies the wishes of clients while also elevating the work ERO produces as a firm.
Joining ERO and the South Texas Facility Partnership in mid-2024, Caleb says the people and culture of the firm make it an exceptional place to work.
